Don't turn your houses into graves, for truly - satan will not gain entrance into the house of him who recites sura al baqara. HS, T-2877

He who recites in the morning the first three verses of [sura] Hâ, mîm, al-mumin as well as the verse of the throne, will be protected by them until evening and he who recites them in the evening, will be protected until morning. gh, T-2879

He who recites at night the last two verses of al baqara then this is enough for him [ as protection ] ( kafatâhu ). HS, T-2881

He who recites three verses at the beginning of al-Kahf will be protected from the trial of the dajjâl.
Tirmidhî transmitted it, saying this is a hasan sahîh tradition. HS, T-2886

He who learns the first ten verses of sura al-kahf by heart, will be protected from the dajjâl (Antichrist). M-1766

Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur'ân is Yâ Sîn. Allah will record anyone who recites Yâ Sîn as having recited the Qur'ân ten times.
Tirmidhî and Dârimî- transmitted it, Tirmidhî saying this is a gharîb tradition. gh, T-2887

A thousand years before creating the heavens and the earth Allah recited Tâ, Hâ and Yâ Sîn, and when the angels heard the recitation they said, 'Happy are a people to whom this comes down, happy are the minds which carry this, and happy are the tongues which utter this.'
Dârimî transmitted it.

Truly there is a sura of the Qur'an with 30 verses which intercedes for someone [ with Allah ] ( shafa'at li-rajulin ) until he is forgiven and this is the sura 'Blessed is He in Whose hand is the Sovereignty'.

He who recites 'When the earth is shaken' then this is equal half of the Qur'an and who recites 'Say: O disbelievers!' then this equals a quarter of the Qur'an and who recites 'Say Allah (the) One' then this equals a third of the Qur'an. g, T2893

The Prophet said to his companions:
Is it difficult for any of you to recite one third of the Qur'an in one night?
He who recites 'Say Allah (the) One, the Self-Sufficient Master' to the end has recited one third of the Qur'an. H, T-2896

Allah has revealed to me two verses the like of which have not been seen: ' Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of Mankind' until the end of the sura and ' Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of Daybreak ' until the end of the sura. HS, T-2902
