They lied and lied and lied. They brainwashed people. That's what we're dealing with now. Honestly, I get the feeling they do want Harris to win because I think that the goal - and this is true of both the Trump camp and the Harris camp — is war with Iran. That's what they're all aiming for.
I think that with Harris, if you're going to go for war with Iran, you're going to get a more bureaucratic war with fewer massive random acts of theft than you would get from Trump.

Trump doesn't give a shit about policy, but he is very interested in whatever kind of money he can gain from a wartime situation.
So they may prefer her. I'm not sure. But I look at the alliances with the Cheney family and the backing of all of the Bush administration officials. Having Leon Panetta speak at the Democratic National Convention. Having Harris talk about how proud she is to create the world's most lethal military. Not the best,
not the smartest, not the bravest - just lethal, just a killing machine. Those are all signs that we are headed to war against our will. I don't think anyone wants it.

I don’t think people get it yet. These psychopaths are hellbent on taking Al-Aqsa in the fog of war that they’ve started and dragged the world into.

I don't think people understand the gravity of the situation as the UN is preparing for possible nuclear weapon use in Iran.

Today, the meteorological office and the desalination facility next to it in my hometown, Bushehr, have been bombed, and the employees there were killed while working. In a water scarce province like Bushehr, the meteorological office is vital for planning the management of water resources and agriculture. Thinking of this heart-rending anecdote as I look at pictures of the Palestinian infant Israeli soldiers tortured with lit cigarettes.

It's now unarguable that the war on Iran is one of the most blatant crimes of aggression in history.

You now have not 1 but 2 external participants of the US-Iran talks (Oman’s foreign minister and the UK's National Security Advisor) who confirm that the US and Israel attacked despite Iran effectively meeting US conditions for a deal - ensuring it could never build a nuclear weapon, permanently.

As per The Guardian article, Jonathan Powell "believed the path remained open to a negotiated solution to the long-running issue of how Iran could reassure the US that it was not seeking a nuclear weapon," and "UK officials […] were impressed that Iran was prepared for the deal to be permanent."

Concretely, this means the war wasn't a failure of diplomacy but a deliberate destruction of it.

And it also means that the US and Israel have irresponsibly plunged the entire world in an unprecedented energy crisis, affecting the livelihoods of billions of people worldwide, when it was completely avoidable.

It's beyond me how you can look at this and not conclude that the real threat all along wasn't Iran but the US-Israeli axis - they're the only parties at the table who wanted war and are making every person on the planet pay the price for it.

This is our 1939 moment. I roomed with his son for months, ate all my meals with them, and they never accepted any money. Once I was sick and throwing up and they all came into the bathroom and the dad stroked my head while I barfed and told me “Aybi nadare” (no shame, it’s ok).
I traveled around most of the country by plane, train, bus, shared taxi, etc. Eventually I stopped booking hotels because I’d always meet people on the train, bus etc who’d insist I stay with them. The family of Iran/Iraq war vets from Yazd who took me to Taft for bbq in the mountains. The taxi driver from Rasht who made a bed for me on the floor of his tiny apartment because all the hotels were full.
The only time a police officer talked to me was once to make sure I was ok. I never felt in any danger day or night. The land of Iran is as incredibly diverse as its people. There are mountainous rain forests and desert salt flats. I met among the most liberal and most conservative people there, and everything in between. Everyone was so kind it makes me cry with shame.

The newspaper picked up the article, we see, from the Associated Press (AP).

Not only does the article carry the authority of the AP, but the book in question bears the authority of none other than President Harry Truman's own daughter, Margaret. It is her biography of her father, entitled simply Harry S. Truman, and at the time the article was written, the book had just been published. The passage in questiona long paragraph that begins on page 489 and ends on page 490 (pp. 533-534 of the paperback edition)is in a section on threats and attempts on President Truman's life. Note that she misidentifies Anthony Eden as Foreign Secretary, which he had not been since 1938. Later, of course, he would become Prime Minister. Ernest Bevin was Foreign Secretary in 1947, and he was the primary target to the assassination attempts:
