Reciting Al-Fatihah behind the imam

Is it wajib for the follower to recite the fatiha behind the
Imam?
A
Reciting Al-Fatiha, saying "allahu akbar" when moving from
position to position, saying the tasbih at least once when bowing and
prostrating, and saying "allahumma ighfir li" between prostrations
all personally obligatory for the imam and people praying alone.
When praying behind an imam, his performance of them suffices for those
praying behind. But it is still recommended to recite Al-Fatiha during the
four places where the imam is supposed to pause.
