This is good news and it has to be remembered.

Soon new bad things will happen in this valley of tears, but we will not forget the positiv unity and compassion toward 'the other' - who are not so other at all, but who are our fellow human beings!

Som en reaktion på attentaten i Christchurch organiserades på fredagen en mänsklig ring vid moskén på Medborgarplatsen för rätten att få utöva sin tro i trygghet. Flera hundra personer – muslimer, kristna, judar och ateister – anslöt sig och stöttade moskébesökarna i samband med fredagsbönen, inklusive representanter från både svenska kyrkan samt judiska och katolska samfund.

”Vi gör det här för att visa moskébesökarna att de inte är ensamma i sin sorg och oro. Och att deras säkerhet inte är deras ensak, utan ett ansvar vi måste bära tillsammans som samhälle,” menade Mattias Schain.
